Like minded friends came together in a Circle and the River of Hope was created to enhance our community and the surrounding footprint. A vision to enhance the lives of people through art in all its forms with emphasis on youth, the intellectually disabled and senior community,
Our History
Art by the River, our keystone event was established in 2020 by a group of artisans. From a small group to now with over a 100 artists and crafters, food trucks and music. It has been said, "Art by the River is a Gold Standard "event, now a half decade old funds from ABTR will be used to support the ideas created by the Circle of Friends.
